a.    What parts of the retreat had the most value for participants?

b.    Is there anything we would do differently based on the feedback?

c.    What are the most important lessons for future retreats?

 

III.       Retreat Follow Up

a.    Is there any way that we would want to pursue some of the content material presented at this retreat to deepen it?

b.     How do we want to share documentation of the retreat work and with whom?

c.     Do we want to synthesize evaluation feedback and learning for the circle?

 

IV.        What next for the circle?

                a.     What are good, future activities for the circle based on feedback?  There seemed to be continued interest in social network mapping and webinars.

                        b.     Are there clear next activities for the group?

 

V.         Next Steps

                a.     The Design Team committed for two years?  Would folks like to continue?

                        b.     Who else volunteered and what would be good roles for them?

                       c.      Would any of the Design Team members be interested in helping with, or giving feedback on a follow up proposal to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation?
